Day Four ... time to head south to Hobart
And so to our final day travelling and exploring Tassie (well for this trip). We left lovely Launceston and began heading south towards Hobart. The drive from end to end was 200 km long and google maps said it would take 2 and a half hours ... however we never just go from A to B! There are so many beautiful towns along the highway filled with so much history. We used Ad Labs to stop along the way, to be taken to some historic buildings, bridges, a convict trail and even some quirky topiaries. We stopped at Evandale, Campbell Town, Ross, Oatlands, Kempton and Pontville. At Evandale we stopped at the local market which was very odd with lots of old junk but the most fabulous Sudanese donuts!
